We require payment with order for all retail orders by check, money order, or credit card.
We can fill your order without prepayment by shipping COD via UPS (extra $6.00 charge).

Shipping Methods, U.S.:
We ship all orders within the continental U.S. via UPS.
Orders without street numbers and names will be shipped via first class mail.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be sent via first class mail unless rush service via UPS air is requested (additional charges apply).
Shipping charges, U.S.: $5.95 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book. (UPS or 1st Class Mail). Call for our special shipping options.
Canada Air Mail : $5.95 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book.
COD: Add $6.00 for COD within the U.S.

Customers outside the USA:
We're pleased to reach you via the World Wide Web. Please note these special terms: All foreign orders are shipped via surface mail unless airmail is specified (extra charges vary). Surface mail delivery takes from 4-8 weeks. Please note: SteinerBooks does not assume responsibility for lost or missing surface shipments outside the U.S. and Canada.
International Surface Rate: $5.95 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book.
International Air Mail (except Canada): Rates vary according to weight; please inquire.

Damaged Books or Errors: if you receive the wrong book or a book arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Simply return the book to the address below, and we will credit you with the return postage.

Our Unconditional Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our books for any reason, return them in saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that all video and audio tapes are non-returnable. Prices subject to change without notice.
